Volunteer Interest Survey

Thank you for being an active LAP Volunteer. One of the primary reasons our program is a national model is the way in which we utilize our volunteers. We have the largest scope of volunteer activities available. Please mark all the areas in which you have an interest. Remember, we will always ask if you are both willing and able to engage in any particular activity at the time of our request. If not, just let us know and we will go on to the next person on the list. We ask that our volunteers let us know either “yes” or “no” within 24 hours of the request.
