Claudia N. McClinton is a two-time graduate of the University of North Carolina-Chapel Hill, who received her Bachelor of Arts in political science and African American studies in 2000 and her Juris Doctor from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill School of Law in 2003. Claudia has almost two decades of experience in negotiations and litigation of both criminal and civil law, however, since 2012, she has focused her practice exclusively on family law, including divorce, child custody, child support, domestic violence and other complex legal matters.  Over the years she has served the Raleigh community through advocacy as a law firm associate, partner and owner of her own law firm. She currently practices as owner of McClinton & Associates, PLLC and Senior Partner with Life Law, PLLC in Raleigh, North Carolina.
