Step Work Forms

The links on this page will download forms for use with the 4th step inventory process as well as with the 6th and 7th step process. The forms help facilitate self-examination and should be used in conjunction with step work with a sponsor, not in lieu of working with a sponsor.  A sponsor has an objective perspective based on experience that is grounded in recovery principles.
